i am worried i may have too many fishes in my tank
so far all are well and water tests are fine
i have a 37 gallon tank with
5 platys
6 danios
1 dwarf gourami
5 tetras
4 cories
4 snails
maybe 10 ghost shrimp, i think my fish maybe snacking on them
are these good tank mates?
and do i have too many?
hope you can give some input

The stock levels you have seem ok to me, but only if it's a cycled tank and you have added the fish gradually.
And it also depends on the type of filtration you have as well and how often you do water changes.

I'd imagine it's okay, the snails and shrimp aren't exactly real poop producers, and I don't think tetras are bad on poop either (but I dunno, I've never kept tetras in my life) And it's almost forty gallons...

Sounds fine to me provided it's cycled and the fish were added gradually like danio2004 said.

Stocking seems OK

What are water readings/maintenance like? and how long set up?

If they're apple snails then then can produce a fair ammount of waste and eat live plants and should be counted as adding to the bio load - likewise with shrimps - my ammanos will quite happily take off with an algea tab...
