In my 55 gallon aquarium I use 400g sugar, 4tsp baking soda, 1tsp yeast. I run 2 diy co2 soda bottles. Start off using 1/4tsp yeast, you don't want your pH to crash. Then increase it gradually til you get the pH you require. (thanks to canoe and gf for that info)
