Discus

Hi all - I have two tanks at the min - a rekord 90 and a rio 240. The larger one is community fish but i would like to change this to large fish and am considering cichlids. Would the smaller tank be big enough to keep 4 discus in? I have 6 clown loaches in bigger tank which i do not want to get rid of - can these be kept with discus? I might keep angels in bigger tank and leave clown loaches in there. I dont think smaller tank is big enough for large angels.

Anyone any help or suggetions as to what i could do?

Edit: Now that i know the tank size, i'll help you out a bit

The smaller tank is way to small to keep discus. If oyur looking for some cichlids to put in it, try kribs or rams

Putting some angels in the bigger tank with the clowns sounds like a good idea are there any other fish in there at the moment?

Clown loaches can be kept with discus. I would suggest using the big tank for a discus show tank along with your clown loaches. My tank has 1 discus and 2 clown loaches.
