As title i have some young discus around the size of a 50 pence piece growing very well some bigger than others i think they are about 3 months old.

As for water they are kept in treated tap water they were raised in this water and havent required any special treatment.

They eat tropical flake, frozen discus food, blood worms, frozen prawns, tetra prima, baby brine shrimp and pretty much anything i put in for them

The parents are identical stendker and are in show condition

Image of the parents how ever this is quite a old pic

May i ask where you are located?

thanks, nel5on

Sorry thought it was listed in my profile, im in middlesbrough north east of england

thanks.

Will post pics this afternoon,

The reason why i have lost how old these ones are is that they were raised by my girlfriend as i work away she said they are around 3 months old give or take a week, but they are really healthy strong fish and are doing well plus its not often you come across discus raised in normal treated tap water.
