Discus is sick

Hey everyone my Discus seems to be sick or something. He has actually been like this for a while, but it has just now seemed to get worse. Does anyone know what to do?

This looks like a really bad bacterial infection. I would recommend getting an anti-bacterial treatment in there ASAP. Waterlife Myxazin is very good for treating body and fin rot.

Okay, can I dose my whole tank with the Myxazin? It is a community 75 gallon tank. There is another discus and rainbow fish.
