My Discus seem to be going off their forzen foods, bloodworm, discus mix, shrimp, krill, & cichlid mix. They will evenutally eat it off the gravel but they dont eat with as much eagerness as they used to. What else could I try feeding them?

It's natural for Discus to eat off the bottom of the tank so I wouldn't worry too much. Maybe try some beefheart mix and Tetra Prima. If their habits have changed drastically I'd be thinking has anything changed recently?

You should chk all your tank stats to make sure somthing isnt off. You could also try buying some flavor enchancer and let the food your going to feed rest in a cup of tank water and a couple drops of that and see if it works.

You should also be feeding them a good flake food. I feed tetra tropical flakes and spirulina flakes to mine as well. Looks like they are getting too much protien.

Discus are grazers. They will pick at their food for a while. Just make sure any excess is cleaned out when they are done.

For such big fish, discus have relatively small digestive system. Unlike most fish will earely gooble as much food as they can, discus tend to be "grazers". It is besy to feed them several times a day and smaller amounts. If you keep them in a bare bottom tank you will see that food that falls to the bottom is rarely sstill there by the next feeding.
