I'll admit that I found that one of the most interesting things about Nematobrycon palmeri (Emperor Tetras) was the blue eyes in males, and green eyes in females... are there many other species, that have different eye colors between the sexes???

I'm not finding any other fish listed with this trait... I'm wondering if it's a trait of Nematobrycon, and thus carries over to the Nematobrycon lacortei ( I can't find that trait listed under the lacortei, so it may only be in palmeri's... although the black line bred fish also has the eye color trait???

Did he have a Blue Heeler for a dog ? Sometimes kids take on characteristics of their pets . Blue Heelers have different colored eyes .
How did you know? My friend’s name was Oswald but we nicknamed him Heeler or was it Blue. Hmmm.
