I'm not sure what you mean - there is no such thing as a yellow Demasoni. Both males and females of the species are black and blue.

Demasoni has to be the best looking freshwater fish, imo. Absolutely beautiful fish. I couldn't ever find one when I had Mbuna before.

Kalamazoo area. This was 10-12 years ago but even now I don't see any but I don't look for them like I used to so maybe they're there.

Where are you at? maybe when I set my tank up I'll come by that way and get a couple.

Yep, sounds exactly like Pseudotropheus Flavus - same genus, different species.
