Deleting Multiple Threads

I've managed to triple post a thread in the tropical discssion thread; would it be possible for a nice admin to delet it for me (or if I can do it let me know how to do it please?)

I posted via my phone and it came up with an error message...then I came on via the computer and voila 3 messages...doh!
