ah excellent ok, so I shouldnt run carbon / do a water change? just use the Womer Plus

Silly question, but the packaging for the womer plus doesnt look like a liquid?

Probably a powder never used it so couldn't say for sure.
You could preform a water change before you add the wormer plus to dilute the other med down abit.

I noticed on the Aquarium Classified ad you linked it says thats its good to use it monthly as just a standard adition to your tank maintenance, do you think it is worthwhile to do this ? or does this only apply to Discus?

It also says for ornamental fish use only, but yet other sites say its ok for all fish types ?

Don't think you need to use it every month to be honest, only if you have young fry as they as more prone to flukes.
With flukes you do have to retreat because of the eggs, it should tell you when to retreat in the instructions for flukes.

Ornamental use means on pet fish only, not to be used on fish like samon and troat, something to do with the food chain.

I was assuming ornamental fish were fish such as Discus etc and not your usual everyday ones!

Ornamental fish is tropical fish so I wouldn't worry.
You could ask in tropical chat to put your mind a rest.

Hi Wilder,

Sorry for not geting back to you sooner ! All the fish are looking well now, the mountain minnow that lost his tail due to the fungus has grown it back and they all seem to be alot more active!
