Right next weekend I am going away from home on saturday. This means I will miss one dose of ammonia. Will this be okay? I would top up to 5ppm Friday 4ppm but I wont be able to dose again until Sunday 4ppm. Will this be ok? Or will all my bacteria die?

Should not be a big problem, might put you back a couple of days at worst

or you could add a small amount of fish food to the tank before you leave, that will break down slowly providing a source of ammonia while you are away
