Yeah it's snowy here tonight when we went from prague back to slovenia there was really a LOT of snow, but probably not even nearly as much as in lets say NY.

This is how it looks when I watch out of the window.

That's not fair, your way more south than me but we didn't get a flake!!!

Must have gone down the west side & stopped at norfolk on the east (north norfolk had some)

Lovely shots guys!! I miss snow. Somehow, the inflatable snowmen and Santas just look odd on brown grass and gravel..........next to a cactus......................

As a taste you should visit any country that has heavy snow all winter & you see how they drive!! In the UK we plod along in the deep snow at 10mph with accidents everywhere.

In foreign climes they seem to carry on as normal!! Rallying almost!! :hyper:

I live in North Carolina and when we get snow (once or twice a year we get a couple inches), it is most often accompanied by sleet and ice, neither of which is anything you want to drive in. I can drive on snow as the treads will grip snow but not on ice. Just imagine going to the ice rink in your car.

I love the climate here but I think just once, I would like to spend a winter where there was snow on the ground all winter, especially at Christmas. Last White Christmas here in Charlotte was in in the 1940s or 1950s so I don't remember it.

Great pics kat and james! Very pretty landscapes.

Here picture I took half an hour ago.

Those are beautiful pictures. I have some beauts from when I took a photograpy class last year... but unfortunately they are all film pics, so I can't get them up here. I guess I'll just have to get out there with my digi cam when it snows again!
