I bid on a half moon betta that is sooooo beautiful this morning on aquabid. Hoping I will get it. It will be a christmas present for myself. I am so excited, will know tomorrow morning if I have him

Whats aquabid?....is it like e-bay for fish?

I went to real fish auction once but sadly we just ended up getting a bit drunk and came home with a load of Fluval 3's that we didnt need...no actual fish though.

Some of the sellers do deliver to the UK too, but it does cost. I have three coming from Thailand shortly from a very nice bloke out there. And at this time of year there's the extra worry of the cold so heater packs have to be used with them too. There are truly some beautiful fish on there.

he is a cracker! My wife keeps hinting that she wants to keep bettas but she has to wait till we move since we just dont have the room and also because we now have five tanks and I have to water change them all.

I plan on getting red gravel for him in my divided tank, with my two males. I was thinking of a cave for him, I have coconut caves and ceramic planters that I put on the side, which one do you think
