Anybody ever kept these?? What are they like to keep and will they settle OK with other corys and bottom feeders in the tank already??

They are awesome looking fish and I am thinking of getting some pretty soon.

OOh thats an odd one. I looked one up and they look like schwarzi corys. Where's frank when you need him to post the differences between them.

Ahhh, now I see. This little one has a speckled face, whereas the schwartzi does not.

That dorsal fin confused me as it looks just like our Cooper. Hers is like a shark or something looks just like the picture.

This is Corydoras pulcher

When Isbruecker & Nijssen, 1973 described C. pulcher there was a second species within the same population, which they thought may be a colour variation, this species has two central body stripes compared to C. pulcher's single one. It is also shorted in snout length and has a deeper body. It also has the name "White spine" in the trade.

I have both species and as yet have been unable to induce either of them to spawn.

ok question.

I have a 2 schwartzi corys and they both have schwartzi markings but have the white spine? Are they really schwartzis? I'm so confused!

Ok. I think you can sort of see them in this pic of them worshipping a rock
