While both C. schwartzi and C. melini have been tank bred, I think the melini are the more likely of the two. If you want to try, I would suggest setting them up in a separate tank so you can easily save the eggs and get the fry off to a good start.
If you were asking if it is possible for two different species of cory to breed together, the answer is that it has been known to happen, but is not too likely. Since they are egg layers, if in doubt, it's simple just to destroy any questionable eggs.
