From what I can see the fish is a Corydoras delphax, a better picture would help.

I am seeing it more and more and it's becoming a pet hate of mine. I do not with to offend anyone using the name 'Corydora', but it is incorrect, the name is 'Corydoras' and it's the same single or plural.
