what food can i feed my pleco i know alge flaks hered peas cummber and veg

i feed mine catfish pellets with added algae they work very well, smallish pellets that keep them searching too

Wood, predominantly, after that a mainly vegetable based diet

Most of those pellets have quite a high protein content which is not ideal for Panaque

Children would eat McDonalds all day every day if they could, doesn't make it good for them.

I feed my BN pretty much any veg I have in the fridge. Peppers, brocolli, cucumber, baby corn, lettuce, peas.....he's demolished it all.
