OMG OMG - CHACA CHACAs!!!

Sorry for shouting, but you didn't tell me you had any of those! :D

Oh please, please be one left *prays hard* We have been after another one so badly since we lost ours.

Not to make your weekend boy feel bad or anything :D

If there is one (or more) left, could you reserve one of them too?

:D

Might have to check out Betta Aquatics too..... tomorrow's gonna be fun! :D

lol, Oh dear, what have i done!!!

Sure I'll see how many boy is having, they'ved been eating neon tetras!! get a few neons put a net over the chaca chaca's with them in and watch the fun.

We're both betta aquatics but different stores!! I'm at clacton and there's a few other nice fish at elmstead one.

Anyways I'll see you later on, better finish getting ready for work now!!

How are the fish settling in becky?

The river shrimp went down a treat, didn't spot the lobsters or crabs haveone but the butterfly fish were having a filed day!!! I didn't realise they would be swimming around, i thought they would knock aorund on the bottom!!

anyways good luck with alllllll your new fish!! just a reminder, the chaca chaca had been fed by having the neons trapped in a net with the catfish then after a mintute or so they would swipe one!!

The fish are doing great! The chubby plec has gone into hiding, but everyone else is busy bustling around the tank. :D

The Chacas are in the dragon puffer tank. They love the black sand and have both buried themselves thoroughly! I will buy some neons tomorrow and give them a feed.

Glad to hear the shrimps were appreciated. I'm not suprised the butterfly fish enjoyed themselves. And yep, they scurry around all over the tank. :D

We went to the other betta aquatics, but they didn't have as good a range as yours, although there was a nice shovelnose there. And a customer with very bad BO. So we didn't stay long. :D

We've posted some photos in the gallery section...

Good Good,

all the shrimps looked dead in the lobster tank this morning, still quite a few bashing aorund in the crab tank though.

Unfortunately the shrimps don't live very long. I guess that's because they're from brackish water.

Strangely though, some of them last up to a week. Must just be healthier or hardier. :dunno:

Remove the dead ones as soon as you can. They really stink if left for too long. :D We tend to pour them all into a net and suspend it above the tank - then all the live ones jump out and the dead ones stay in the net.

yer, found a few dead this morning that were pink, looking nicely cooked came back from college and most are gone, I'm not sure if i'll bother again :/ I got to rip apart all the caves and stuff now to get them all out!!!

there's still quite afew left in the crab tank though, I'm condering making it into a brackish soon and sticking a small puffer in there :)
