Chronic Fish Death?

My 450GL planted tank is setup for a little over 1 month.
The tank is loading with 110 Tetra and other small fish.
There is an extra large biological filter and I change 20% of water every other day.
The water parameter seemed fine.

However, I continue to lose a fish or 2 every few days.
Some of them seemed to have no external symtons.
They appear to be eating and suddenly died the next morning.
Previously I removed 4 of my fish with Columnaris and 2 were breathing heavily.
They are now doing fine in the hospital tank treated with antibactiria.

My question is, what can be done and should be done?

WHat kind of tetra do you have? Neons or cardinals perhaps? In the wild I believe nearly 80 percent die off each year so it's bound to happen, losing a few here and there that is. Especially when you have over 110 of them. Thats about 365 divided by 81 which would mean with that many you are losing one every 4 to 5 days which would be a natural average of one dead during in every 4-5 days.

Darn, that is very sad sad to hear.
The die offs seemed to slow a bit recently but still ongoing.
I figure the tank wasn't completely cycled then.
Ironically I don't lose too many of my Neon/Cardinal Tetra.

Below are the number of fish I have now/had over the last 3 weeks:

Cardinal Tetra (9/10)
Neon Tetra (21/24)
Guppy 10 (12/17) -> Columnaris kill all 3 females and 2 males. 2 males are in hospital tank but have resume eating.
Rummy Nose 14/20) -> Mysterious lose with out any external symtons
Glass Tetra (6/8)
Halequin Rosbora (10/12)
Lamp eye (13/16)
Zebra Danio (8/12)
Angel (4/6) -> one got sucked into powerhead, another died in treament
Yoyo Loach (2/2)
Algae eater (6/6)
Rubby shark (2/2)

Rummy Nose 14/20) -> Mysterious lose with out any external symtons

You have many fish so maybe the tank was still trying to cycle or was having a mini-cycle. Whats the status on thuose rummy noses rummy colored noses. Rummys are an indicator fish and are often the first to go when the water quality begins to falter. Normally their noses become a palor color when they are stressed, but that is certainley not a rule as they can die with full coloration too.

What color is Palor? Their noses seemed to be visibly red.

Paler, sorry missplelled palor is a completely different word that paler lol. But anyways. The red is often a dull red when they are stressed from water conditions.

Did you add all of those fish to your tank at once? And if so, did someone advise you that it was alright to do that?

Aside from death by natural selection, I'm sure you lost fish to that enormous increase in bioload in an uncycled tank.

We learn as we go.

I know it is probably not wise to add so many fish so soon.
I add them all in 3 groups.
Each group only 1 week to several days apart because of lack of patience.
I was hoping the plants would suck out most of the amonium and I can get by with the help of frequent water change.
Anyway, the last group was added almost 3 weeks ago.
I have not added any more fish.

Patience is the ultimate virtue in fishkeeping. We need to remember that it's not about us, it's about the fish. It's not about how we want the tank to be set up, it's about how the fish need the tank to be set up. If we can't keep our fish happy and healthy, then we shouldn't keep fish. This is not directed at you personally, it's directed at each and every one of us.

That is a beautiful tank. I'm entirely jealous.
