Christmas Present

I cant think of what to ask for christmas this year. I dicided something to do with fish would be cool. But what should I ask for?? What do you guys think the best present would be?

New tank, bigger filters, new decor, heaters, better lighting, new fish, fish food etc.

I'm using any money I get for external filter, two more 20g tanks and another 8g, some more puffers as well, Congo, fangs, red-tailed red eye and red eye.

Maybe some other things, heaters, backgrounds etc.

We are kind of on a budget so probably not a new tank.

an upgrade to an older/under-sized item or something you kinda need but can't justify buying for yourself.

i'm personally lusting after a "silent" air-pump for my 60g. all 3 of my current ones are noisy and sized for a 10g, but i haven't replaced them because there's nothing *wrong* with any of them i might also ask for new lightbulbs, a bubble curtain wand, and stuff to set-up a 5g like FKNM's nano.

alternatively, if you want a large item, then you could ask several people to give you a cheque with "fish stuff" written in the "for" blank. that way they get to give you something specific but don't have to shell out a small fortune on your gift. that's how i bought my large Eheim canister filter this summer. it took cheques from my parents, my grandparents, and all of my aunts but i wound up with enough!

I just thought of something. I was thinking, I could ask for a gift card from petco or something from both my parents and grandparents. And then I could totally rescape my 29 gallon that has cheap decor like castles ect.

More suggestions would be helpful.

I think the gift card is a good idea. At least that way you can get something you really want and like rather than getting something you're not too keen on.

Well for I all ready asked for a fish mag. that is only one of the presents i am getting from my nana.

I am asking for a one-day travelcard to London. Not for the picture galleries or posh restaurants or a show, but for London's real attraction: Wholesale Tropicals in Bethnal Green. I would so like to see a really good fish shop for a change. But I won't take the journey until I've sold my young bristlies- I want to have room for a little shopping.

I am also asking for a year's subscription to PFK.
