Hi
I have a 60 gal tank with some large rocks, a branch, along with some different plants. The substrate is gravel (special gravel for plants but I forget the name). I have an assortment of non aggressive fish including boesemani rainbows, red rainbows, a few clown plecos, some clown loaches, a raphael catfish, and some SAE. There is still plenty of room and I was thinking of adding a group of cherry barbs (12-15). My main concern would be the catfish eating them up if he got hungry. Also, how would they (cherry barbs) do with angel fish?
Thoughts? Suggestions?
Thanks

I have 4 Cherry Barbs and although i couldn't answer with regards to the Angel Fish, i can safely say that these little fellas ceratinly can hold their own...

I love the way they move, especially when they go near 'vertical' whilst looking around in gravel.. a truly wonderful fish, probably my favourite and one which i will certainly get when my 110L tank is ready...

Terry.

Great, thanks! Yeah, I have been interested in them for a while. like I said, I'm mainly concerned about the Raphael as he is quite the eater.

my only concern would be the raphael catfish, as slow as they are they are predators I believe after all and the cherrys may fall victim
