Cheapest Online Store

Well... I use liveaquaria.com. It's definately not the cheapest, but it has a good selection, and I've had good experiences with them. All of the fish I ordered came Tuesday and all are perfectly fine. But beware, the sizes are a little bit smaller than what they say they give. All of the plants look extremely well too. I never bought any supplies from there, though.

Liveaquaria is for livestock, Drs Foster and Smith is their supplies store. Prices aren't that great though.

Thatpetplace and Big Al's have good prices.

bought a 16'' driftwood for 12 bucks :good:

ThatPetPlace/ThatFishPlace is about 40 minute drive from my house. The store is out of this world. It's about as big as a walmart (size wise), but is 75% all fish related stuff. They also have other pet stuff there as well. There prices so far have been really decent. The fish stock has all looked really decent and lots of variety. I used to shop at Petsmart, but after I found this place, the only place I will buy stuff from is ThatFishPlace unless it's an emergency or they are having one hell of a sale.

It largely depends on what fish you're looking for. There is no single best place to get fish. Some places have better deals than others on certain types of fish.

You also have to add in your shipping costs, and see where they divide it. It seems to work best if you wait until you need several things, and price the most expensive first, and work down to the cheapest. Then add in shipping.

I use Big Al's, Dr's F&S, & Thatfishplace for general supplies. AngelsPlus is more angel specific & has some things that are hard to find anyplace else. Brineshrimpdirect is the best place for bbs, Jehmco is another that has a big selection of fishroom supplies.

I've found these guys to to have good prices (at least compared to other canadian sites I looked at) and shipping was quick.
