well my API Stress Coat 1.9L arrived today pleasant surprise they have sent me two 1.9 bottles for the price of one so now i have 3.8 litres of water conditioner for my 60 litre tank i think im fine for the next 60 years now

Hopefully you're aware that Stress Coat does not neutralise ammonia.

If you've got ammonia or chloramines in your supply you may want to purchase some API Ammo Lock to take care of it.

EDIT: Actually I may have that wrong. If it's the new version (which it should be), with the plus sign on the bottle, then it does detox ammonia as well.
