Ebay is full of fantastic bargains!
 
I managed to get a Juwel rekford 700 (70L) (15G) tank with its stand for £45. The tank, on it's own, is currently selling new for £100 online. 
As long as you select 'nearest first' and don't mind traveling to pick it up, you can find some really great bargains.
