Chasing

I'd say that would be too much. Plus snails are very messy, I know for apple snails you need 2 gallons per snail. I agree with blackangel, at a push you could replace the pair of mollies with a pair of platies. What will you do withall the fry though?
 
The danios may be chasing eachother because thay are establishing a pecking order. I panicked when I got my first danios. I Thought they were going to kill eachother. But no all will be calm soon. In my opinion your danios alone willl be fine in there.

When I had my first molly tank I had a golden mystery snail in it and it wasnt meesy at all. Ill get a pair of platies instead of mollies.
 
Couple of platies seems a good choice. The solution to the fry question is either get males only or hope that they will all get eaten. In the days when I had guppies and platies in a(n overstocked) community tank I never seemed to have a problem with too many fry, as only the occasional individual made it to maturity.
 
I think I'll save some fry to grow up because my friend is looking for some guppies.
