wow i like it looks really peaceful.

what sort of rocks were in the tank before, they look pretty
Rainbow Rock.

The big one was about 15kg and the rest ofthe smaller ones weighed in at about 25kg. Liked them at the time myself but was a real pain in the a*se to clean :/ .

If I happened to knock one, when siphoning the crap off the sand, they would all come tumbling down.

Agree with peaceful. Can't stop myself from just sitting and staring at them now!! :D

Those large boulders in the new setup look great and are really reminiscent of the Malawi biotope. All they need now is a nice algae coating. Nice job!

Love the new set up  Its exactly the kind of thing I was thinking about doing for myself. If you don't mind me asking, where did you get your new rocks from?

Thanks everyone :) .

The new rocks were from a local garden centre. Cost just over £5 each but I think they were worth it :D .

Cheers freddy.

Know what you are saying about the algae carpet but seems a shame to "ruin" such shiny white rocks doesn't it!! :p

thanks again all.

nice tank
the pic of the clown loaches in the cave is cool
:kewlpics:
cheers.

They are getting braver now :D .

When they first went in they would dive back into the cave if they saw me within five feet of the tank. Now though, they will sometimes come and feed from my hand :kana: .
