Cheers Ross!
Yeah they are brilliant, it comfortably blows the co2 past the log which is an achievement in itself onto the glosso, onto the hc and the bubbles psychically hit the bottom corner on the other side.
My angels hate it mind they won't go anywhere near the flow but it really helps in establishing a good circular motion of water in the tank especially when it grows out abit more. It will definitely help your hc but jus be careful it doesn't blow it so hard it uproots it. They are grea though, fairly small, very powerful and full flexibility on where you point it. Just make sure it compliments your flow rather than fighting against it.

My flow isnt really that strong anyway the two far sides don't get much flow, the centre is fine so going to try and create a circular flow.

It's difficult to get the flow right with a lot of plants and the bogwood in mine really doesn't help things.
I've tried to create a flow that goes from the spray bar top right to the top left, the koralia pulls it down and pushes out bottom left to bottom right and then the flow goes back up to the spray bar. If I didn't have such a huge piece of bogwood it'd be perfect but it really slows the water down. Saying that the HC and Glosso are battered by CO2 bubbles so hopefully it'll carpet. im just worried about the plants at the back left not getting enough flow. But its only really vallis so it should be ok. I'd definitely recommend the Koralia though. Either that or buy a second hand external and run two.

What filter are you using at the moment? What's the layout of them?
It takes alot of trial and error to get it right.

Just seen your video of the CO2, what you want to achieve is movement on all leaves like they are blowing gently in a breeze, this ensures they are getting enough nutrients, enough CO2 and equally that waste products are being pulled away from them.

Thanks, yer the CO2 broke last night so got time to find optimal flow before I get it back running. Its just a Hagen hang on filter that came with the tank so it outflows in the centre from the back to the front so its impossible to alter the flow without an additional power head.

I'd try putting it at one side of the tank with a powerhead half way up the glass at the other end pointing down at the substrate with your co2 diffuser below.
Ideally you want to get an external with spray bar, there are lots of bargains to be had on the Facebook groups. I got my fluval 405 for like £35 6 months old and my eheim 223 for £10 about 1yr old.

I've been looking into externals for a while but the hood is really restrictive and I don't really want to be cutting it up LOL, it also means that the hang-on can't be repositioned so I'm stuck :(

My powerhead came today a similar style to yours but its WAY to powerful LOL it ripped up half my HC :( and disturbed the other plants and fish. I think I'll be returning it or selling it on as new as it was only in there for 3 seconds literally.

Whats the LPH? Is it a koralia? You can put a sock or tights over the intake to reduce the flow, You have to put it high pointing towards the glass. It takes some work getting it right.

3000 LPH  I think I should have gone smaller haha

Oh! Possibly, mines 2600 and that's in a 4ft with a very restrictive bogwood. I imagine 3000 blows everything everywhere!

Nice tank - very much improved by the rescape. It's great how the tank looks mature even though you only just moved everything round.

Haha yep it almost demolished the plants. I've managed to improve the flow now anyway, turns out I'd forgot to clean the powerhead's propeller and its was full of gunk. Now its nice and clean and the fish are loving it they're all purposely swimming into the outflow and the CO2 is all around the tank :)
