Can't get Nitrites under control

IMO the bio wheels are excellent for small tanks. My 20g tall is probably a bit overstocked by maybe 2-3 inches of fish, but I have a biowheel 125 in there and it does the trick nicely. Between the filter and the plants from an aged tank, my cycling time was cut down to about 2 weeks.

Well thanks to the lfs giving me some bip-spira my 10g has finally started showing traces of nitrites, after only about 12 hours with the bio-spira in. This stuff is amazing.

Ok, keep the nitrite levels down with frequent water changes for your fishes comfort and hope the nitrite bacteria comes into play soon. Best of luck. :D
