Can they e-mail when new topics are posted?

On other forums I use when someone posts on my posts or on a post I've posted on, the webmaster e-mails me telling me that someone posted and a link. Can this site do that too?

yeah, click on Track this topic. this will "subscribe" you, and when you log on it will notify you and will also email you. then you just go into my controls, and on the left theres "view topics", click onit and it takes you to a list of all the topics you've subscribed to.

also, using my assistant, you can read your last ten posts.
