Sorry, it's impossible to tell from that picture; there's no way of knowing what test is for what substance!

Could you write them down, please? Is your tank cycling? Fish-in or fishless?

Ph 7.6
Kh. 270
Gh. 125
No3. 25
No2. 0.5

No fish and cycling

Thank you

Are you adding ammonia, and do you not have an ammonia test? What is the nitrate level in your tap water?

You test your tap water exactly as you test the water in the tank. It's always useful to know the parameters of your tap water, so you know what's 'normal'. NO3 is nitrate.

You need to be adding some source of ammonia to the tank; without something for the bacteria to feed on they won't grow and it won't cycle.

So, it's not really cycling yet, or the nitrate would be going up in the tank, compared to the tap.

Are you adding ammonia? If you're not, then nothing much is going to happen.
