Can primefix kill guppies?

Does melifx and primeafix, harm guppies?
The reason why I ask is because most of my guppies are dead.

Before I used primefix the guppies had ripped tails, but they were alive, as soon as I added primefix, and melifix they died, all of my dragon guppies.

I put my filter sponge back in my filter. That way it can filter out the medication out.

i do not have a sponge. It is a white sponge with carbon in it. I am not sure what to call it. It's white and has carbon in it.

it's called a filter cartridge. Most people replace that expensive oem cartridge with a filter sponge cut to fit the filter housing. Carbon in a filter cartridge only lasts a month or so and then is useless. Carbon is not necessary except to remove meds.

A proper ppi sponge can last years...just clean every few weeks by squeezing out in water from the tank added to a bowl.

3 days. I only have 2 guppies now. I did have 3 dragon guppies, and they all died. A few of the guppies had torn fins on their tails. I read on amazon, and some said it killed their guppies.

I put in 2 filter cartridge in my filter. How long do I use extra filter cartridge.? I do not want to take out used cartridge, because it has what my tank needs, at least that is what I was told.
