I think that I am going to put the female shrimp in a seperate tank so that the babys survive. Does the ghost shrimp in the picture have fertilized eggs?

They might berrie without a male, the eggs just won’t be fertilized. They only become berried if they mate, so yes theyd be fertile.
they reabsorb any eggs in the saddle (eggs visible in the body), rather than exit their bodies (berried, external), but i suppose in a rare case it could happen. They might berrie without a male, the eggs just won’t be fertilized.
I guess so...they reabsorb any eggs in the saddle (eggs visible in the body), rather than exit their bodies (berried, external), but i suppose in a rare case it could happen.
Good luck, when I saw the 1st baby it was maybe a little over 1/2 inch long and hard to see becuse it was so clear.I have alot of java moss so I am going to try it and see if the babys survive.
Increases the chances of having baby shrimp It is like buying a pregnant cat chances are good you will have kittens. Why do you buy them them with berries?
