Can Anyone Id This Algae Eater I Bought?

BN=Bristlenose pleco :D And I love mine. They only get to 4-5" and do good alone.

I hear otos need to be in a groups of at least 3 to 5, but I've never had one. Why give the CAE to your friend? To be honest, I wouldn't want one. :/

my friend doesn't know much about them but they have a big enough tank for one. from what i have researched and been told... it needs a 20 gal tank. but i will probably return it if i can. i think it might be too big since the new ones there are small and this one is like 2-3 inches already. i bought him when he was like an inch and its only been like 2 weeks.

since otos are the same price at the petstore i might exchange it for another oto

Here's a pic of him

On BN's vs otos: Otos are much more sensitive.

I bought a couple more BN's today to solve my algae problem in one of the tanks, they went straight to work, so I can finally see what's inside the tank now.

Here is one of them:

This fellow is only 1.5" and I could sex him only by taking the picture and magnifying... Greenish stomach indicates heavy work he is doing.
