Anyone have these? if so, how do you like them and what is your tank setup?

tank
24"L x 16.5"W x 14"H

filtration
eheim classic 2212

10 bucktooth tetras exodon paradoxus, 3 spotted dora Agamyxis pectinifrons, 1 adult CAE Gyrinocheilus aymonieri

exodons are very fast aggressive fish and not asuitable for community tanks
they should be in a species only tank, or like myself, with armoured bottom feeding fish.
I was dubiouse about adding my CAE but the exodons seem to be scared of him and stay well away when he is out and about.
I guess an 8" green torpeado is a bit much for a 4-6" tetra, even if they have razor sharp teeth

I don't have any now but have had them and getting some more soon.

I love them. They are miniature killing machines in a community setting tho. Very active and fun to watch.

The-Wolf is spot on.

wide angle shot showing that it sits under my 400ltr tank :)

hold you mouse pointer over the thunbnail and left click
that will open a new window with the full picture in it

hmm problem with my photobucket account, bear with me

nice setup :good: i like that rock decor on the right..i almost thought about buying those rock shelves that you can setup any which way you feel like it but decided to just keep what i have...this is the tank mine are going to go in..decor will be slightly different

hey wolf, quick question..well actually two. How is the tank as far as getting dirty (and w/c) and have u had any problems with cannibalism or fin-nips?

I stated with 7 and added 6 more about a week or two later;
lost one to a stupid mistake but 2 were, i assume, canablised.

had a huge algae problem (due to the diet these fish need) untill I added an adult bristlenose pleco.
once that was under control I moved my bristlenose out and the adult CAE in.
the doras take care of any food particles that are about.

my main problem is waterchanges because this tank is so close to the floor,
the drop friom the bottom of the tank to the drain is only 3.5" so there is
not a lot of water pressure when useing a syphon tube (attached to a hose).
