Hi, Is there a recommended BPS for tanks?

I have 3ftx1ftx15inch high I believe thats around 122 litres 22gal

currently I'm at 2/3 bps

Its not so much how many BPS, its more a case of what your drop checker says (or amount of dissolved CO2 in your water). BPS is only used as a measure for increasing or decreasing the amount of CO2, so you have a sort of rule of thumb that you can accurately increase or decrease flow with.

Also, the bubbles in your bubble counter will be a different size to that of other peoples so its difficult to say. Do you have a drop checker? What colour is it showing?

I do have one at the moment its -Co2 problem is it didnt come with any instructions it's from china so I assume 5 drops is the correct ammount.
but after a few hours it's still showing to little.

Im worried putting the Co2 directly into my canister via the intake to it is not dissolving it. I have increased the bps but still no change

The amount of drops added is not really relevant, it just strengthens or weakens the colour shown: still however a yellow colour indicates too little, green just right, blue too much (have I got that right?).

How EXACTLY are you making the drop checker solution up?

It takes some time for these things to react. I'd guess that a change (increase or decrease) in the amount of CO2 you are injecting will take about 4 to 5 hours for the drop checker to reflect the correct levels of CO2.

Blue to little. Aqua just right Light green to much...
