NTL are the spawn of Satan - and yet I pay them 75 quid a month for my TV, super fast computers and phone.

I hate them but I am staying with them. It's like when you've been in an abusive relationship for too long, you just sort of get use to it. Or Stockholm Syndrome.

If you're looking purely for Broadband, I don't think you can be Pipex (www.pipex.com).

Been with them for 2 years, it's never been down when I've been using it.
Speeds are what they say they are, i.e. I'm on 1GB & I get 1GB.
Also wanted to reduce my payment as I had reduced my useage. Rang them up & they waived the £50 due to being a loyal customer

Can't ask for more than that!
