Brown Jelly

Well, if anyone is still following, I've lost the torch :sad: The hammer still looks OK, but now the bubble coral is in a strop :unsure: I've got fresh Pollyfilter in there, which should do the same job as Carbon I believe, or would you still recommend adding carbon Ski?

I have been following Rabbut. So sorry to hear about the Torch, that was a beautiful coral.

Personally although the polyfilter is excellent stuff for emergencies, I would still add a fair amount of carbon too.

Hope things work out for those you have left.

Did you get in touch with Interfish?? What was the outcome of that??
 
Well, Interfish weren't overly interested, and not to a point of actually replacing/refunding :sad: Apparenly the stress of moving it could cause it. I told them it wouldn't be that bad from moving, they said you should have checked it closer before purchase then :eek: Something tells me I won't be going back anytime soon, I've lost all interest with that shop now :sad: It's a shame as their stock is nice and usually in good nick, but if after-sales isn't there, so I really want to deal with them?

The Bubble coral is in a strop now also, but everything else is OK if I don't touch it...

Yet amazingly Interfish have had quite a few votes and even come quite high up in PFK past readers polls, I am sure I read about that somewhere. I found it they were runners up for last year. Amazing to see how if that is their philosophy, that was for Marine Specialist retailer of the year too.

You don't get brown jelly just from moving a coral either.

They deffinately have the best stock in the area. I know they have treated several adult customers very well. I think with me looking younger than I am they thought they may have been able to pull a fast one. I still get ID'ed to go see 12A films... :blush: It really anoys me, but I suppose you have to get on with it. I know BigC holds them in good regards for their service. Shame they don't offer the same service to me :sad:
 
Age should not matter, your over 18 though right, or is that imminent.

Service should also be the same to all, not try to fob you off, that is not good consistent service. They should be able to tell you are knowledgeable aswell, and treat you accordingly.
