Just notced they have just laid a load of eggs, what should I do? Remove the cory's so they don't eat them or leave them in? They're tho only things in there.

About half way down it mentions breeding.

It does mention removing the adults :good:

Take the adults or the eggs out, otherwise they will get eaten, you will need an airstone near the eggs to stop them getting fungus

Adults are out, I have moved the filter so its facing them with a bit of venturi action.

Anything else?

Thanks matt and siobhan.

Congrats on them spawning :good:

Has long has theres a good airflow around the eggs they should do fine, wait for around 3-4 days and hopefully they should start a hatching

Good luck :good:

Ok will do. If nothing comes of this lot then i will call it a day i think as i can't really afford to be buying something more expensive as a breeding project. Would love a few more bronze though to build my numbers up. :D

All eggs have gone a nice shade of brown now, 2 had gone white so quickly plucked them off with some tweezers. 3 days tomorrow, so will be eagle eyed tomorrow and friday and will net the filter too.

Thanks Sioban.

They have all hatched and see the odd one every now and then, but thats it. Should they be really visable?! :look:

Closer inspection has revealed about 150 or so eggs, so a few more than i thought.

150 cory :hyper:

There so tiny when hatched (not that i've had any ) i don't think i would spot them either. 150! boy thats a lot, send some my way once there big enough :D

Siobhan :)

Impossibly small to start with but darken up after a few days, i would suggest some decapsulated brine shrimp eggs placed in each corner of the tank as thats where fry normally gather up. gluck :D
