Hi All,
Been set up here for years n years but recently upsized a bit.

I have a 30 Gallon with
3 Bronze Corys (1 is over 3 yrs old, 2 are approx 6 months old)
4 Zebra Danios that are huge & very greedy

** Reason for the odd multiples of fish are my local LFS is out of stock on most breeds & simply can't get them, plus I don't like going anywhere else **

As I have kept Corys for 15+ Yrs i know how they feed & what to feed etc etc.
Just recently I've been feeding the treats twice a week of Live/Frozen Bloodworm & Brine Shrimps, The Danios were eating everything before the Corys even got a sniff, As we all know Zebras are fast, So I was then having to drop wafers in for the Corys otherwise they would starve.
Fed up with this the Corys must of realised the Zebras are getting all the best foods, So they have now developed a small group to race to the surface to feed on the treat foods, Which is highly amusing as the Zebras are then left looking around for more food , While the Zebras are doing this the 3 Corys are resting under the bogwood looking pleased

I got bronze cories recently. Scared the life out of me when they looked dead but then just swam away. As they were settling in the tank they played dead a bit when I can near the tank. My nerves!!

My paleatus cories do this, a couple of them will go up for food up on the surface lol they learned from one of my hoplo catfish

Haha, Yes I've seen that a few times. Mine still do things everyday that surprise me like playing in the air bubbles or swimming across the back of tank as quick as they can.
The Zebra King tries bullying the smaller Cories but then my oldest Cory steps in & the Zebras back away fast. Maybe due to the fact its twice the size of King Zebra, I'm going to pick up at least another 3 Corys when back in stock at LFS, so I'm hoping they will quickly pick up the tricks.

They're so lovely. They seem very affectionate to one another.

Aily cories settle at the bottom of the base for roughly 20mins adjusting to the tank and waters before moving ;) i feed mine Tetra tabimin tabs and Kingbritish catfish pellets.
