Ok I'm going to complain now...

Sunday 29 celsius
Monday 14 celsius (an amazing 15 degree drop overnight!)
Tuesday 8 celsius (21 degrees colder than the weekend).

It's not the temperature I'm complaining about as such, but the rapid rate at which our temperature changes!

it is quite a stupid drop agreed just shows how unique we are :D lol

bloody cold up here to day hope it warms
up to day i cant stand the cold or the wet
i think i am getting soft in my middle age
i remember when i would work in all weathers
in just a T shirt mind you i still only were a T shirt now lol

Well, I'm not complaining today because it's not stupidly hot, it's not raining (yet) and it's not really cold, plus it means there's no annoying people sitting on the grass outside my window.

i know what you mean i live just across the river and the last few days
as been a nightmare shouting screaming blowing of a blood air horn
dogs barking and the smell of BBQ wafting through the house and this is
goes on till after 9 on a night

i hate the heat. but then, i've got Raynaud's disease, so when it's cold my fingers and toes go really numb, and really hurt when the heat up again. i prefer it at about 17-18c, when its in between. i also like it in summer when it has cooled down in an evening and you can stay outside all night without it getting dark at 5 o'clock.

@chrisbassist: how can you run in this heat?!? i have to wait until it's cooled down later in the evening. it's torture doing running in the middle of the day in P.E. it was great tonight though, not too hot, so i could go for a run earlier.:D

I love the heat. As long as you replace the water and the electrolytes lost through sweat you're fine.

Having a disease would obviously have an impact on your tolerance so fair enough.

Not like daves syndrome is it? (black books reference)

oooh I did my university dissertation on a piece of trial equipment to pick up rynauds syndrome :)

TBH I love that our weather is pretty mild. I like the hot days/weeks, but I couldn't handle it for a large period of the year. Im to white/pale lol

I like the breezy cool weather like today
