Bristlenose Pleco

I want to have a bristlenose pleco in my 10 gallon. Soon I will be upgrading to a 20 gallon after my multies are settled in. But I want to know if I can comfortably have a bristle nose pleco in my 10 gallon. The stocking is in my signature. It has been set up for over a year.

It depends solely on how long it'll be in the 10 gal. If it's only going to be in 10gal for a month or two then it should be fine.

And you'd have to make sure you have adequate filtration on the 20gal as like most plecos it create quite abit more waste than some other similar sized fish.

It will be longer than a month or two. I think I might just wait until I set up my 20 gallon. It will be more like 5-6 months, to tell you the truth.
