today i was looking at my cherry barbs and noticed the females kept getting very plump and then skinny, which i assumed to mean they were breeding in my tank but all the eggs were being eaten. so i set up a 3-5 gallon bucket with a spare filter which i seeded from a different filter, (i think it shouldnt get an ammonia spike because it only has 2 small fish to take care of)
i put java moss on the bottom of the bucket to hopefully save some eggs, and a male and female barb, i fed them some bloodworms, and im just hoping that they will breed now.
if they do, ill post pics of the frys development
