what do your bristlenoses breed in

generally caves, whether they be slate caves, or something else, they have been know to breed in pvc pipes too, mine bred in a castle ornament so i suppose its where ever the male feels most comfy

Mine breed in ceramic cones with whatever the pH is. It's somewhere in the lower 7.x range but I haven't checked it in a while.

Haven't checked ph for a while, but was in the upper 7/lower 8 range. They alternate between a clay amphora and a piece of bogwood.

yeah have plenty caves and hidie places and that ill put pic of my tank up when i get chance

Yea there loadsa caves in the bogwood that they go in, cocunut caves and some terracotta pot caves.

mine likes this boat. its all hollow on the inside and no one can get in there except the bn's and the loaches and he keeps them away
