Bought T12 Fluorescent Light

Hi,
I recently bought a T12 flurescent light with 2x 48" 40 W neon. However, the package does not come with wires. I see an indication of install the ballast. I am no electrician. Has anyone ever install one with connecting it to a power outlet like a normal appliance? I know its possible. and what are the tools needed(wires--> what kind, any plugs)

If in ANY doubt, get someone a little more confident to help, however its not a very difficult job and I can give you a walk through off the board

Got it. Wasn't that hard. White wire with white; black with black; green with green--> tight them up with a cap; plug in thats it !
