Bossy Synodontis!!

I have a small Black Spotted Synodontis whom is in a tank with some Tetra's and a Betta, I chahnged the tank to sand a couple of weeks ago and all seems well, all very lively but the Syno seems to be chasing the Betta!

Any ideas??
