Blue shrimp.

I've set up a new tank for my shrimp as after adding tetras to my other tank the shrimp were unhappy. Are any fish safe with shrimp? It''s a 28l tank with foam air filter and light to medium planting.

That's a tiny tank which will need tiny fish.
It really depends on your water parameters:
if you have hard water you can use endlers.
If you have soft you can use chili rasboras.

I've kept both with shrimp with no issues at all.
The endlers and the shrimp are usually around the same size grown.
The rasboras are absurdly tiny but a nice little group of them look great and if healthy they are really very colorful.

I very much enjoyed endlers as they're super active and really very attractive with amazing colors and patterns.
But unfortunately my water is just not hard enough for them and I'm not keen on trying to change that to suit my desires.

definitely look into these, they're are stunning little fish!....very little.
A group of them would look amazing and you mention that you have blue shrimp...
I can't think of a prettier color combination!
Some green plants, red fish and blue shrimp! Wow!
