These sharks need to be kept one per tank, As they mature they do not tolerate any of their same kind and adding multiple sharks to a tank will only result in a number of deaths leaving only the most dominant shark.
The shark will be fine with the clowns if you have an adequate tank size
200L is the minimum suggested tank size for a RTB or Rainbow shark so yes it is just about ok,
However the Clown Loach will need a tank around double this size as they mature.

You're correct that 200l is a good sized tank, as it allows you to have a wide range of really nice fish.
But it just isn't even close to being adequate an adequate size for the clowns. 400l + tanks are readily available and plenty of people have them.
If you wish to keep the clowns long term then it really isn't fair or excuseable that they are kept in a 200l.
I think you'd be surprised how many of us in the UK have big tanks.
If you wait until next year to 'review the situation' then lasting damage may already have been done to the loaches.
