I just got these black fin sharks, and 1 of them, his eyes are getting cloudy. Everything else on him looks good. I think he came from a totally freshwater aquarium and I put him in a totally freshwater aquarium and am now adding salt. Got him in a 55g and added 3 tablespoons so far. Anyone know what it could be?

Forgot to mention, ammonia, nitrites, nitrates all 0. In a fully cycled tank.

Dont add the salt to the tank the black fin shark is scaless and the salt will kill him.. Try some Melafix or maracyn.. Can you post a picture???

I already have added all of the salt. 1 heaping tablespoon for every 10 gallons US. Thanks for your help every1 but it cleared up on its own. Black finned sharks are one of the few or only catfish that can live in brackish water and can be slowly acclimated to saltwater. They recommend to keep it in brakish. My fish are doing fine now thanx every1. Go here for more info on them: http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_Di...d=21&pCatId=936 . They're also called the columbian shark.
