Biotope Tank

its a tank set up to look like thier natural place of habitat..... i only just found out today woohooo! :fun: :fun:

Ahhhh. Thanks. BTW - I read somewhere that the natural habitat of most fish is murky muddy water

Hi GL,
I did think about that but my largest tank is only about 35 gallons, that would be too small would it not, whilst on the subject has anyone ( GL) heard of the Berlin method, its to do with marine set ups i think.
Jim.

Hi and welcome to the madhouse afrodesiac.

Just what I've been looking for aswell - nice one

yeah this site was pointed out to me on another forum last month and i've been recommending it ever since. the pictures give it an angle a lot of other sites lack.

Yeah, I haven't had a good look at the site yet, but as said it looks like just what I've been after.

Where you from Ad

:)

Jim, the Belin method is descriptive of early types of saltwater tanks. I am not too studied on the history of saltwater, so forgive me. And no, a 35 gallon is not too small. You would only be able to have a fish or two though. But it would be more economical to start up.

hi there afrodesiac welcome to insanity    :fun: :fun: :fun:
