Big-time Emergency

I'm goin on holiday in an hour and my filter has just stopped working - what should I do... i'm gone for 3 days...



It's 4.5 Gallons.
At a push my Cories and Pitbull could be moved to my other tank but the Betta cannot because there's already one in the other tank.

HELP

The betta should be fine without a filter for three days. Just move the others and be glad it happened before you left.

what filter is it?

i bet the impeller will just need a good clean, with cotton buds.

It came with the tank (Fish R' Fun) - I'd just cleaned it... put it back into the tank and nothing is working... it's making a vibration like it's trying to start... I STILL NEED TO PACK FOR FRANCE

timmy, yes, he'll be fine but your tank might crash.

I've just done the cotton bud clean and also run it under water -- still no luck.

EDIT - Who says anger doesn't work!!

- I lost my temper and smashed it against the table - sure enough! It now works! LOL!
